Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes should be helping Utah rid its unsavory moniker “Fraud Capital of the United States.” Instead he is deeply involved with the Utah nonprofit Operation Underground Railroad (OUR) that could become the most widely known fraud in Utah history. A former FBI agent calls OUR founder Tim Ballard and Reyes “idiots” who speak nonsense.
