Lynn graduated from Utah State University with a degree in broadcast journalism. He served in the United States Army from ’68 through ’70 in Vietnam, as a television news anchor and producer for the Armed Forces Vietnam Network (AFVN) Quang Tri detachment. This video report from Lynn Packer debunks an Anaheim, California woman’s claim to have been sex trafficked as a child by her parents. Elizabeth Frazier, 36, accuses her father and mother of being her pimps from the time she was four until well after she was married and had a child. Her story has been retold multiple times by news reporters, podcasters and organizations that fight against child prostitution. Not a single one of those media outlets bothered to fact-check Frazier’s unproven claims. For the first time, in this report, her parents tell their side of the story.
