The family of Pamela “Faith” Roach, 27, reported her missing after she was expected to visit the grave of her son on the anniversary of his death. She hasn’t been seen or heard from since

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is still searching for a missing mother who disappeared last year under mysterious circumstances.
Walhalla is a small town with just over 4,200 residents, located in the Blue Ridge Mountain foothills region of South Carolina. It is the county seat of Oconee County, a hidden treasure in the midst of rolling green hills, mountains, trails, lakes and waterfalls.
On February 4, 2019, Pamela Faith Roach, then 26, (called “Faith” by friends and family) was last seen on Coffee Road in Walhalla. She is described as a white female with blue eyes and strawberry blond hair. At the time of her disappearance she was 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighed approximately 110 pounds. Faith is the mother of a six-year-old son and had recently started taking classes to obtain her GED. To her family, these are obvious signs that something happened to her that fateful February day.
Originally her family was told and under the belief that “an individual[name withheld]” had dropped her off on Coffee Road, February 5, 2019. Since then, that person has changed their story at least three times including a version that she requested a ride and was dropped off in the mountains nearby.
Family members reported to deputies that an anonymous person believes she is in danger and is being held against her will, according to a report from the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office obtained by The Greenville News. Faith tragically lost an infant son four years ago and was expected to attend a memorial they hold every year since. It is completely out of her character to cease communication with friends and family, especially to leave her son unattended.
“With her being gone, when she didn’t show up to his grave that was a true indication that something wasn’t right”, Pamela’s cousin Stephanie Clark told the paper.
American Crime Journal was contacted by a relative who stated that Faith had went to the Oconee County Jail to visit someone, however, there is no video of her entering the facility nor was her name in the visitor’s log. Some of her jewelry was later found by someone in the mountains, not far from Walhalla and where the individual allegedly dropped off.
“We have taken the police information about who saw Faith get in a van February 5th. The people who told us about the van Faith got in still hasn’t been questioned,” she said.
According to both her family and the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office- her Facebook account and phone has not been used since she went missing.
Anyone with information about Pamela “Faith” Roach’s whereabouts are asked to call the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office at 864-638-4111.
