Five women have brought forth a lawsuit alleging that Tim Ballard, the former leader of Operation Underground Railroad, sexually assaulted and emotional abused them during missions to rescue victims of sex trafficking.

On October 9, 2023, five women filed a lawsuit against Tim Ballard, seven other individuals named below and numerous Ballard owned and operated entities including Operation Underground Railroad (OUR), the anti-trafficking organization he established and The Nazarene Fund that he operated in a partnership with conservative radio host, Glenn Beck. The lawsuit accuses Ballard of sexual assault and battery while leveling allegations of fraud and conspiracy to conceal his actions against both Ballard and the organization.
