In a stark and damning legal ruling issued by Commissioner Luhm, Celeste Borys, alongside her husband Mike Borys, has been granted a permanent Sexual Violence Protective Order against Tim Ballard, founder of Operation Underground Railroad and the embattled figure at the center of mounting sexual assault accusations. This ruling, which will remain in effect until October 3, 2027, marks a significant turn in the case against Ballard.
The issuance of this order does not merely represent a personal vindication for the Borys family, but it also stands as an emblematic blow to Ballard’s already beleaguered reputation. Once hailed by some as a crusader against human trafficking, Ballard now finds himself cornered by the very allegations that, if proven, render his previous persona not only hypocritical but grotesque in its deception and proves he is nothing more than a sexual predator.
According to Alan Mortensen one of the attorneys for Mike and Celeste Borys and the other victims, “Ballard’s attorney explained how the semen got on Celeste’s skirt. He claims he was alone with a high end escort in Mexico City and he got so horny he masturbated onto her skirt that he claims was on the hotel floor.”
ACJ is in the process of getting the courtroom audio.
