The Michael Drury Injustice Story, Episode II. This is the story about Utah’s System of Justice being caught with its pants down. Way down. The report documents how two Utah judges and a prosecutor teamed up to open a secret investigation based on a Utah law—The Subpoena Powers Act— whose requirements they ignored. It details how Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes went after a former pollical ally and campaign fundraiser to bring criminal charges supported by a bogus probable cause statement. But that corrupt prosecution may not be limited to a single case. It appears that perhaps dozens of prosecutors and judges statewide have been engaging in unlawful, secret investigations.
